Payment Options
1. Online Credit / Debit Card Payments
Visa, Master, and RuPay Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. Your card information is secure because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of a transaction.
2. Internet Banking
You can also pay for your order through net banking options and the amount will be automatically debited from your account.
Delivery of Services
Services will be delivered as per the agreement and according to the planned. These services are classified in our services page and any customized services requirement will be delivered based on the agreed service level agreement.
Refund Policy
You have 30 calendar days to claim a refund for deficient services delivery from the date you received it. Once your claim for a refund has been received, we will understand and analyze the deficiency and try to correct the situation.
Even after the rectification of services if you are not happy with the outcome then we will process the refund amount as per the service agreement. The processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount
We will initiate a refund to your credit card or to another mode of payment through which you have paid for the services. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
